The "Form 8915, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments" is available.  The print version of Form 8915B, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions & Repayments is available in TurboTax.  You will need to print and mail in your tax return as the IRS has not released the e-file version of the form.  The e-file version should be available from the IRS sometime in April.

With the many hurricanes and other disasters in 2017, as well as the major tax legislation that Congress passed in December, the IRS has a lot of work to do in a very short period of time.

In the "My Info" section of your return, edit next to the name of the taxpayer to answer the question "Affected by the 2017 Hurricanes or Wildfires?" (Click the image attached to enlarge and view.)

Next, when you enter the Form 1099R, the questions will come up about the disaster and the distribution.
