Do you add your Social Securty tax withheld and Medicare tax withheld with your federal income tax withheld?

I know I add my federal income tax to my return form but do I add the Social Security tax withheld and Medicare tax withheld? If I do where?

You have to enter the 2023 W-2 you received from your employer as received on the 2023 tax return. 

That includes all the boxes 1 thru 6.  Federal taxes withheld, Social Security taxes withheld and Medicare taxes withheld.

It does not show an option on where to put the social security tax withheld or Medicare tax withheld, where do I put that in when filling out my return form. I'm sorry I haven't really done this by myself before.

SS & Medicare go in boxes 4 & 6.  They don't  show up anywhere on your actual 1040 tax return.  Don't try to enter the W2 info from your paychecks.  You need to use the actual W2.
