Do I need to enter form 1099-R in TurboTax if the box 2a taxable amount is zero?

The 1099-R is for a 401k direct transfer to an IRA with box 7 = G. The transfer was done in four transactions. If I do need to enter the form can I sum the four forms into one, or do I need to enter each separately?

Do I need to enter form 1099-R in TurboTax if the box 2a taxable amount is zero?

Yes.  You should still enter the 1099-Rs for the direct rollover.  If you received four 1099Rs, enter each one of them.  The IRS will be matching the forms they receive from the lender with what you report on your return and may not notice the code G.  It's best to include the information to avoid any delays in processing your return.

Yes.  The IRS will expect it and if not entered can assume that you never completed the transfer and kept the money.
