Did you receive a 1099-R for distributions from the retirement plan? If so, you need to report it.
Here's how to enter it:
Does it ask where the money was taken from and things like acct # etc.
When you are entering information into your return about a retirement plan distribution reported on Form 1099-R, most of the information that you need will be on the Form 1099-R itself. You will not need the account number.
There may be some follow-up questions that you will need to answer from your own knowledge of the account and the distribution which may not be specifically answered on the Form 1099-R.
