Dist from inherited non-Qlfd annuity. Stuck in a loop with turbotax about RMD. Software asks me if it's from a 403B or other qualified. It's neither! Help!
The IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box isn't checked. Software won't let me file because the RMD worksheet wants to say it isn't qualified (which it isn't) but the dialogue boxes lead me to choose 403B or other qualified plan with no option that it isn't qualified at all. How do I get out of the loop or delete the RMD worksheet?

What code is in box 7? It’s probably this…..
RMD Excess AccumulatedWorksheet. There is an error on 1099R with code 7D and possibly 4D. The issue is with the "D". You can sign up for updates here,
In the mean time, Workarounds from dmertz are:
For code 7D, omit the code 7 and enter only the code D.
For code 4D, indicate that the decedent died after December 31, 1951.
