Did not get RMD due to bank account closure

We moved to another state and are residents there.  After moving we closed a bank account in the state from which we moved.  Company managing our IRAs tried to pay, at the end of 2019, via wire transfer the RMD but it was returned because account was closed.  We notified Company who sent a check for what the RMD would have been last year.  How do I find and file, in TurboTax Premier, a Form 5329?   Company managing IRAs will send a 1099-R next year showing the RMD for last year and the RMD for 2020.
