CT questionaire

Hello --- New to Turbo Tax ,,,, I am having trouble finding the right question on TT to populate line 31 and line  40   to complete my CT 1040 ... I know I can post manually -- Ihave the amounts .... But I would rather post via the questionnaire ...   Thank you ... Tony
