Cant finish taxes on turbotax because it keeps asking me about 1099 when I had none

I'm trying to finish my taxes but turbotax keeps asking me for retirement withdrawals or 1099, and I had none

Try to delete the Form 1099-R if there is one listed:

1. Open or continue your return
2. Click on Tax Tools >> Tools to open the Tools Center
3. Click on Delete a form
4. Scroll down the list of forms to search for 1099-R
5. Delete the form if it is listed.
