can you tell me if my social security should be taxed

I went online today to see my Federal Refund and it said that they had to adjust my refund.

To clarify, did you enter your SSA-1099 into TurboTax?

Did you look at your 1040 line 6a to see if the Social Security was reported and line 6b for the taxable amount of Social Security?
