Can you help clear 2 review issues related to a 1099R Death Benefit distribution?

We are in an endless loop of trying to enter the correct information related to this 1099R. No matter how we answer the questions the review comes back the same. Talking with support only led us to you need to upgrade to speak with a tax expert.
