Can someone please explain the lump sum payment portion on the form?

I received my lump sum back in 2016 for 2014 and 2015

Lump sum payment for what? And if the payments were for 2014 and 2015 in 2016----what do you think that has to do with your 2025 tax return?

Is this for Social Security? Is there anything on your 2025 SSA1099 about a lump sum payment?

I co-own a home. The mortgage payment comes 100% from my account. Should I mark "I co-own this loan with someone and only pay a portion of it" and then claim 100%? (Since we do co-own). Or would I mark "none of these apply"?
