Can I use my non-earned income to make HSA contribution (i.e., I am retired and have no "earned" income)?

I am retired (no earned income) and I am still insured in Cobra plan which is HDHP. Can I use my saving to make the HSA contribution?

Yes, as long as you are not enrolled in Medicare.
