As a business owner, I sent the employers form 1099 NEC to the IRS. Can I submit a corrected form 1099 NEC with turbotax?

Yes, if you filed the original forms with TurboTax then amending them is easy. Just log in and go to the file where you sent the original forms and click the 'amend my return' button.
