Those forms will not be available until the end of 2022 ... and you don't need to send them out until January 2023 ... see the IRS page here: https://www.irs.gov/businesses/online-ordering-for-information-returns-and-employer-returns
Ok ... there are 2 things to do ... get the forms to the employees and get them to the SSA.
If you insist on filing them before January then you use the 2021 forms and manually cross off the 2021 tax year and enter 2022 on them and send them to the employees.
Then send a very clear note to the SSA with the red copies of the W-3/2 forms alerting them of the correct tax year is 2022 if you are going to file them now. If you do this expect problems/errors to happen ... so if you can you really should wait until next Jan to send out the employees forms and file electronically with the SSA.
Remember that if you are filing on paper, you must only use the official IRS carbonless multi-part forms, you can download or print any forms. The 2022 forms aren't available yet. It's much simpler to e-file your forms, you can do this through several different companies for a small fee. For certain Turbotax products for business, quick employer forms (including e-filing W-2s) are no additional cost.
It would really be best to wait until November or so. If you have closed your business and don't want to think about it later, you could hire an accountant to submit the forms for you when the time comes.
