Yes.  Any kind of 1099.  What kind do you have?  There are over a dozen kinds.  1099Misc, 1099R, 1099G, 1099B etc.

If you need to file 1099s, you can access the Quick Employer forms in the Self-Employment, Rental, or Farm sections (look for the question "Did you make these payments for your Medical XXX services work?" and click on the Help me prepare and file W-2s and 1099s).
