Yes, you can file multiple (up to five)  trust returns using TurboTax Desktop for Business. This version supports filing Form 1041 (U.S. Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts), which is required for trust returns.

How do I load the second and third tax info? TT would not see these 2nd files info after loading the first trust file from 23.
