Can I deduct the $27,000 contribution made to my wife's 403(b)?

403(b) contribution + deferral limit of $18,500 + Age 50 Catch-up of $6,000 + Special 15-Year Catch-up Contribution of $3,000.  The sum of $27,500 is what is shown on W-2.  TurboTax is not allowing me to electronically submit returns saying max amount is $24,500.

While this FAQ is for excess contribution the 15 year rule is the same issue.

TurboTax has released a FAQ on this issue - the workaround answer is to print and mail the return.
