Can I claim fees and negative changes in market value of my retirement savings or 401k?

I contributed $3788.01 after taxes to 401k and my fees for maintaining the account was $190.40 and a change of market value loss of $2888.22

your losses are not reported and you can't deduct them

previously, your fees are deductible only if you paid them yourself from funds outside the 401k or IRA

right now, the law does not allow that deduction in any case.
