Box2A 1099 I am populating with a different number than Box 1 but Box 1 is being included with taxable income

I thought Box2a should be included with taxable income

Does your IRS form 1099-R report blank in box 2a or does it report a number? What code is reported in Box 7?

Did you see the screen Let's Figure Out How Much is Taxable and what answer did you select?
