Box 15 on my W2 has Washington state but on the drop down menu Washington is not an option to click on?

The W2 has an employer ID box 16 has my wage in it and box 17 is 0.00 it will not let me continue my return without a state in box 15

WA does not have an income tax. Leave W2 boxes 15-17 Blank.   If box 17 for withholding is bank or zero then leave all 3 boxes 15,16 &17 Blank.
