Box 13 drop down of your on line W-2G is missing the State of Washington. How do i finish filing with turbo tax?

That's because WA has no income tax and you would not have paid any tax on this income.  If there are entries in any of the other boxes in that line, You can delete them as they were entered in error by the issuer.  Nothing would ever be reported to the state of WA, again, because they have no income tax.
