Box 12 Code II is not showing up in the drop down as an option?

Code II is listed in the box 12 code dropdown for a W-2

In my TurboTax Desktop product, I see code II right after code HH and before code J. 

Are you using TurboTax Online or Desktop?

I have the same problem with TurboTax online (free version). Code II is missing.

Clear cache and cookies from your web browser.  Check again on box 12.  If still not there then change your web browser to one of these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
