Back Door Roth Not Working Correctly 2020

I followed the previous instructions and everything is the same until I get to step 6 on the 1099-r form. After the "What Did You Do With The Money From This Payer? screenselect I moved the money to another retirement account (or returned it to the same retirement account)," the wording is slightly different.

There is no "I converted all of this money to a Roth IRA account."

The options are:

"I rolled over all of this money to another traditional IRA or other retirement account (or returned it to the same account)." Clicking this option does not lead to stating you converted to a Roth IRA.

"I did a combination of rolling over, converting, or cashing out the money" This option allows you to input the amount you converted to the Roth IRA. However, this does not result in form 8606 being filled out correctly. Lines 8, 9, 10, 11 are completely blank.

Anyone have this issue? Thanks.

Click here for the instructions.  Check you income level, if you are under the Roth contribution limits, then you can simply re-characterize your traditional IRA contribution as a Roth IRA.  The 2020 modified adjusted gross income limits to take the full Roth IRA contribution are $196,000 for married filing jointly, $124,000 for all other filing statuses.
