Are part of IRA distributions not taxable? I entered distributions from 4 different accounts. I entered all as taxable, but only 65% showed up as taxable on 1040.?

I'm 72 if that matters. They are not RMDs.

If you have basis in your IRA (i.e. some contributions were not tax deductible), then you are only taxed only on part on your withdrawals. This is known as the IRS pro rata rule.

Did you make any Qualified Charitable Distribution?   Do you have any taxable amount in 1099R box 2a for less than the full amount?  Is the amount on 1040 line 4a for the gross distribution right?   Oh, what codes are in box 7?   Maybe one showed up on 1040 line 5 instead of line 4?
