Are IRA distributions taken while we lived in Wisconsin taxable in Wisconsin?

We changed residency from WI to AZ at the end of November but only took IRA distributions while living in Wisconsin.  Every time I run the Turbo Tax error check on my WI return, it suggests that I put the distribution amount into column C - Non Wisconsin Amount.

Wisconsin taxes your income from all sources during your time of residency. Wisconsin only taxes your income from Wisconsin sources during the time you were not a resident. Income from retirement accounts, including an IRA or a 401(k), is fully taxable at rates ranging from 4% to 7.65%.

Part year residents are required to file a Wisconsin state return if their income is $2,000 or more. Please view the link below for more information about Wisconsin filing requirements.
