How do I correct the entry for my Roth IRA distribution?

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click "Take Me To My Return"
3. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-R”.   
4. Click on “Jump to 1099R” you should see the “Your 1099-R Entries” screen
5. Click on “edit” next to the 1099-R you need to correct

I converted a regular IRA to a roth in 2009 and payed tax on the full amount. When filling in my return in Turbo Tax, it shows the distribution I took in 2018 as fully taxable. My understanding is that none of it is taxable.

The full amount show as taxable on line 4b of form 1040? What code was in box 7?
To preview Form 1040:
1.On the left side of your screen, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
2. Under Tool Center, select View Tax Summary.
3. On the left side of your screen, select Preview my 1040.
