It is available to enter SEP contributions with TurboTax.

Sign into TurboTax

Click Take me to my return
Go to search box at top right corner and enter SEP accounts
Click on Jump to SEP accounts
Click Yes - next screen Yes - next screen Continue - next screen Yes

Although you can calculate the SEP max contributions allowed with the TT program after you have entered in all your income & expenses you cannot actually make the contribution to a bank or broker account ... that is something you must do outside of the TT system.
