I have legal expenses that are related to keeping my job/taxable income - I have enter the amount under "your tax breaks" - legal fees - refund amount does not change.

Although this is a valid deduction, TurboTax is unable to support the necessary action.

IRS publication 529 (2018) staes:

You can deduct legal expenses that are related to

doing or keeping your job, such as those you paid

to defend yourself against criminal charges arising

out of your trade or business.
