After getting the full deduct for a $6,500 IRA contrib, I went back to do "what-ifs". I reduced the contribution to 0, it now says we don't qualify for any deduction.

You only qualify to deduct a contribution if you make a contribution. So, when you reduced the contribution to zero, you reduced your deduction to zero. If you put it back, you should see the deduction again.

I paid a large amount of federal taxes in 2024. I would like to make sure I filed correctly and all my deductions were met. I already filed and paid for 2024.
