After entering amount for social security lump sum from previous year, whose info do I enter in next question regarding previous year reported social security amount?

You are still being asked about the prior year lump-sum payment recipient. 

If you were to go back into the Social Security section, all those questions are found when you click Edit on the "Lump-Sum Social Security Payments Summary" page.  (See the screenshot below)
