A review message saying NY state does not allow electronic filing when the withheld is grater than gross 1099R, but my distribution is greater ! can someone help?

Can you clarify WHY your withholding was greater than your distribution? If you had withholding from the wrong state and are filing to get the withholding refunded, you must mail it in. Check your entries, especially of you imported it, you may want to delete the 1099-R in the federal section and re-enter it.
