do I have to include 1099Rs for rollover which is not taxable ?

Yes, as you must document the rollover.  After you enter the 1099-R, there will be a questions that covers this.

Yes, you will still enter the 1099-R into TurboTax but rollovers will not be taxable. Please answer all follow-up questions carefully.

1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”

You can verify your entry by looking at line 5b of Form 1040, it should be $0.
