1099R, box 7 = code 4D. TT asks how old this person would have been. Is it asking YOB for 1099R recipient or YOB for person who died and left the annuity for recipient?

The question on the screen asks, “We need this to determine how old This Person would have been had they lived.”  This would mean that it is asking about the person who died.
