Question:

My spouse retired this past year. She recieved 1099 R and SSA 1099

Do I upload these under W-2 or under other income 1099?

Enter your retirement income that's on a 1099-R and Social Security income under the Retire Plans and Social Security section of Wages and Income in TurboTax.

 

Review the TurboTax articles Where do I enter my 1099-R? and Where do I enter an SSA-1099? For specific instructions.
