1099-R reports tax on already after tax distribution

If I amend the 2023 tax return, would 1040 c and form 8606 be submitted on behalf of me? Or would I have to print the 1040x and 8606 and mail them out separately?

You will have to print and mail the 2023 Form 1040-X and Form 8606.

I am unable to revisit/edit "Other reportable income" or delete the incorrect amount I entered. Does anyone know why it isn't working or how I may make the correction?
