How do I get the "Your Credits and Deductions" page to combine 1099-Q data?

My wife and I each have a 529 plan for our granddaughter. This is the first year we have taken distributions from the plan to pay for her college expenses. I entered the 1099-Q data easily enough in Turbo tax, and completed the associated worksheet for ESA/QTP entries. However, when I look at the summary page for Credits and Deductions page, the total for the 1099-Q only corresponds to one of the two 1099's I entered. It happens to be the first and largest of the two. It seems like everything else is okay, but I'm suspicious. Any guidance or suggestions would be most appreciated! Shouldn't the summary data be the total of the the distributions from both 1099-Q's?

1099-Q data entry is as follows:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Wages & Income
  3. Scroll down to Less Common Income
  4. Select Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
  5. Select Coverdell ESA and 529 qualified tuition programs (Form 1099-Q)
