We received from our financial advisor a complete report which includes 1099-INT, 1099-R, as well as a 1099-DIV. These have figures, which we enter into TurboTax.
However, in their report, is a section for a 1099-MISC, and a 1099-B. Both of these have no entries. All is a "0". There are no box numbers for the 1099-B. Not sure the purpose of providing these two, but the question now is - Do I report these two, and included reporting for a 1099-MISC and 1099-B, even though there are no figures other than "0".
Everything else in the statement is a summery / details. It does include a not reported to IRS value for "Account Fees". Since we take the Standard Deduction, not sure that figure would be entered, or has a place to be entered.

I would not enter an IRS form 1099-MISC or an IRS form 1099-B with all zeros into TurboTax. Retain the paper copies with your tax records should a question arise at a later time.
The account fees may be reportable as investment expenses but, as you said, you would have to itemize deductions rather than claim the standard deduction to claim these expenses.
