1099-MISC and 1099-B

We received from our financial advisor a complete report which includes 1099-INT, 1099-R, as well as a 1099-DIV. These have figures, which we enter into TurboTax.

However, in their report, is a section for a 1099-MISC, and a 1099-B. Both of these have no entries. All is a "0". There are no box numbers for the 1099-B. Not sure the purpose of providing these two, but the question now is - Do I report these two, and included reporting for a 1099-MISC and 1099-B, even though there are no figures other than "0".

Everything else in the statement is a summery / details. It does include a not reported to IRS value for "Account Fees". Since we take the Standard Deduction, not sure that figure would be entered, or has a place to be entered.
