1099 dividends and distributions. I copied return from last year. But I do not see that the mutual funds have transferred over. Do I have to enter them all in again?

If you are referring to the ability to import your 1099s, you can review the FAQ below to see when that will be available. 

Before then, you will need to enter them in manually.

I think OP is asking about transferring .tax2016 to 2017.
