When I try to log in, the system asks me to verify via OTP sent to my phone number. However, I do not receive the SMS message. I also requested a voice call to receive the OTP, but I did not receive any call either. It may be due to issues with my telecom service.
I then skipped the two-step verification process, and the system redirected me to a page saying “Not a valid account.” Since then, every time I log in, I am redirected to that same page and I can no longer access quickemployerforms.intuit.com/home.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and restore access to my account?
