Still no stimulus

My taxes were filed ON APRIL 15 using turbo tax.  My refund was direct deposited into my bank account on APRIL 30. I have not changed my bank account info, refunds have always been deposited there with no problem. It is now MAY 15, and I haven't received the 1200$ that I AM eligible for. No IRS, or TurboTax info is giving any definitive answer, just suggestions on what MIGHT be wrong, and none of them apply. Angry and stressed AF.

OP, I don't know why that person keeps posting irrelevant replies (twice!). Your original question was clearly about stimulus and not your 2019 refund or about TurboTax, and s/he still replied about refunds and TurboTax. I think s/he didn't take the time to understand your question.

I will post a relevant reply here: I'm in a similar situation (maybe slightly different), totally eligible with 2018 return (yours is 2019) and haven't received anything, still showing "Payment Status Not Available." All I can say is that it must be a mistake by IRS to miss certain people. There's no avenue to correct their mistakes yet, so not much we can do. There are probably thousands of people affected by various IRS mistakes, so just have to wait for their phone lines to reopen, and hope they establish an appeal/grievance process.

Waiting is frustrating—refunds are taking longer in many cases.  These are not normal times.  It is not possible for TurboTax to speed up the IRS for you.  It seems to be taking longer than usual for them to process returns.  They are short staffed; and they are processing millions of tax returns at the same time that they have been burdened with the task of processing millions of stimulus checks.  The IRS is not taking calls right now.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

As I said in my OP, my tax refund isn't the issue, I've already had that direct deposited. Every piece of so called news about the stimulus money has not solved anything besides the fact that everything was correct and in place for me to get it weeks ago. According to all the so called facts about it, put out by the IRS, I should have been in one of the first rounds of deposits.  I know it's not turbo tax fault fully but this doesn't make sense

Still no stimulus

TurboTax has no control over when the IRS issues your stimulus check.

Forget TurboTax. My refund was put into the same account as last year, the year before , and the year before that. Same numbers. I have completely run out of reasons or excuses as to why I haven't gotten the stimulus. I've been over and over it dozens of times, I know I am 100% eligible. Nothing in the FAQs, any IRS links, or news article has information that I haven't already seen, nor do they provide any answers

As a married couple, both on Social Security, we find ourselves in a similar situation. One of us received the payment and one of us did not.  It makes no sense and then there are no options available to attempt to sort it out. Totally frustrating.

Still no stimulus

I suppose some unlucky people fell through the cracks. I know people who don't work, are on disability, never paid taxes, even homeless people, all got the stimulus long ago. I work in a pharmacy and have been under extreme increasing stress , from many directions and reasons, all at once. I don't want to lay out all my issues, I know I'm not alone during this mess of an era, but I can't even forsee any kind of good news from anything. This stimulus was going to help me financially in a HUGE way. I am left dumbfounded, everything the IRS said months ago meant I'd be in the first few waves of direct deposits. I can't remember how many times I've read thru articles and news looking for something I missed. Everything is correct and current. I don't know what else to do. The only thing is just to wait, and keep going to work I guess.

There is now a tool available through the IRS site link below that will allow you to check the status of your stimulus payment.  It is called Get My Payment.  It may shed some light about why you have not received your stimulus payment.
