State tax return Turbo Tax filing fee

I paid the $48 Turbo Tax State filing fee today, 5/30/20 and then decided to file by mail. I would like to have the fees refunded to me to the credit card charged today.

are you using the Online version or the Desktop CD/Download program?  In the Desktop program the state efile fee is only 24.99.  Did you pay 44.99 to buy a state program?
