For those screaming "don't use your Turbo card to put into the "Get My Payment" portal, that's nonsense. The "Turbo" card is just as good of a prepaid card as any other to use to put your information into the "Get My Payment" system. I use it to receive my paycheck on every two weeks, and literally millions of TurboTax users who did not have fees taken out of their refund and/or received an RAL received their Stimulus payment on the Turbo card just fine. There were numerous people on this very board who received their deposit on it. That said, if it gives you peace of mind to use another bank/prepaid card/etc, by all means do so; but do understand that all the Turbo card is is a Green Dot card - like any other Green Dot card you'd buy at Walmart or elsewhere - with a licensing agreement with Intuit. The issues that caused the IRS not to have that card information on file for many users who had an RAL/fees removed had nothing to do with the card itself being invalid.
Finally got a date I hope it come before then hang in everyone
@Spacie39 just a tip that worked for me when it says your info doesn't match, first make sure you're typing your address EXACTLY how its shown on your w-2. For example if your w-2 says "street" or "drive" dont abbreviate with st or dr and vice versa. Also, only type in what you owe or are owed for FEDERAL returns ONLY. Not what you owe or are owed for both state and federal. The get my payment tool only wants the amount you are owed or owe for FEDERAL returns. Mine kept saying that the info didn't match bc I was putting in what I owed for both state and federal combined. Once I just put in what I owed for federal it worked! I hope this helps you!!♥️🙏🤞
So has any one have luck this sat.
I hope so I'm praying for those who really need, God will deliver
God bless you all
A few of us did get good news, but i just noticed my checking acct last 4 is my husbands last 4 of his social. I hope they deposit the $ in the acct i gave them. So well see 4.30.2020.
Hi all, I uploaded my info on 4/13/2020 in the IRS site. Got confirmation they accepted info next day . On 4/19 checked it had changed status showing me dd info. On 4/25 checked again had changed saying my deposit will be on 4/29 /2020. I had no direct deposit on file as I usually always owe. It seems to be working although it sounds awful for alot of you folks.
In the last 4 of acct # check to see if its the acct # or ur ss. Cuz mine is my social & i typed my correct acct #. I have a pic of eligible and no date & the pic with the date and last 4 of my social. I hope they deposit to my acct.

i apologize, i didn't read your post completely before i commented, i assumed you were having issues with those crazy irs webpages like every other person, and you're right, waiting for a check must be miserable after taking the time to provide a preferred way of receiving it; i wish it was as easy for them to send it as it is taking it from us!
Go to irs.gov
Get my payment
And enter ur most recent tax info from either 2018 or 2019. Exactly the same way as ur in ur taxes.
I agree. Its common sense whether we agree to it now. They need to get paid for their services. We did agree to it when we filed. So, its the right thing to do.
