I'm speaking from experience. Don't wait on turbo tax to do it for you. I trusted them like many others and I'm still waiting for my check. If u have any kind of act with a routing number enter it in. Don't try to get it on the turbotax debit card. Trust me on that.

Hi i dont use Turbotax but ok my main thing is ppl are strugglin goin through so much hardship tryin to maintain their loveones&this portal Get My Payment i thought was created to make the stimilus payment arrive a lil quicker with banking information yet ppl are gettin a status of a check being mailed on the 24th of April.im so dissapointed i need my mula ASAP.🤑💵🤑

The same exact error message has been popping up on my since the "Get my Payment" website launched over a week ago.  I filed my taxes for 2019 my return was accepted on January 27, 2020.  I received my refund on February 26, 2020.  I still can't get any information.  Everytime I put my info in it tells me my information doesn't match theirs....not much I can do but wait and see if a check comes in the mail.  Hope you find out some good news soon

I am on SSI. I don't file taxes. I entered my info on Non-filers...before they said SSI was automatic. At " Get my payment" my info doesn't match their records. Who do you talk to about that? Can't call the IRS. WHO DO YOU CALL?

From what I have read, make sure you enter the information EXACTLY as it is recorded in the IRS records. If it spelled our 123 ABC Drive vs 123 ABC Dr. Make it exact. I have heard that worked for folks with mismatched data.

I'm the first person to tell this offending person its not tax related and I reported the person. From my comment of it being inappropriate, came comments relating to taxes, not race. Don't see where the other racist comments you see but if its not about taxes, it SHOULD NOT BE ON A TAX WEBSITE!

you're gonna be so mad when you realize why this page kept putting me off til the next day for too many attempts trying to log in to either put in or update my checking information, so my stimulus check has a place to go to so i can finally get to it! 
my stupid 'ADDRESS' was the Culprit, it kept saying continuously, "Your Information Does Not Match Ours,' even though i KNEW everything i was putting in was CORRECT!
IT'S EXTREMELY CASE SENSITIVE, it needed me to TYPE MY ADDRESS Exactly as it is on my W2!
I SWEAR, THIS IS WHAT STOPPED ME FROM GETTING TO THE NEXT PAGE WHERE YOU FINALLY PUT IN YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO:
1. I kept putting in South when my W2 on has an S for the word South, (NO PERIODS OR COMMAS, THESE 2 PAGES HATE PERIODS AND COMMAS IN ANYTHING, IT DOESN'T WANT COMMAS WHEN YOU'RE PUTTING IN YOUR (AGI-Annual Gross Income EITHER, 
2. i kept putting in the word Drive on my address, when my W2 actually says Dr only, 'again with no period'
 
i hope this helps, as soon as typed an exact replica of what was on my W2, it finally took me to the next page where the checking account information was a much smoother ride
 
By The Way:
I Found My Actual Annual Gross Income on the very first page turbo tax brings you to after you log in, scroll ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM where you'll see 8 links you can click on, The 5th link down is your 'true'  AGI Amount; i use the word true because we always think it's on our W2, but nowhere on our W2s does it ever say AGI or Annual Gross Income, you can find it on either Turbo Tax or your 1040 on Line 21@
 
and i'm willing to BET, that for this crazy irs page, they want your Real AGI, and not the Tips and Wages amount on your W2

I got a message this morning on my Get Payment info on IRS.ORG. It was saying that I was "eligible for a payment, that they would update the date of payment when they had that info." And said that for 10 days. This morning I checked and it said that it would be direct deposited into my acct on April 30. I used TurboTax and was one of those it should have automatically direct deposited, but it didn't, because the acct info they had was not valid.
