Well, if you haven't paid and filed yet, there's a couple of things you can try:
1) Go back to the Personal Info section and edit the details about yourself. Make sure you indicated you were on active duty during 2023, and have entered your proper E-Rank (WO- & O-Ranks do not get free filing).
2) Edit the Military W-2 again, and step thru the pages there. On the page just AFTER the main W-2, and all its data, there is a page with a whole long list of checkboxes. There is one in the middle of it all that must be checked...indicating the W-2 you entered is for Active Duty Military service.

That "should" do it.....but if it doesn't, then you'd have to call Customer Support (CS) to see if they can help get it set properly as no fees. IF they fail, they sometimes will give you a service code to enter when filing that removes the charge...but that's up to them, and I don't know how much leeway CS agents are given to release the service codes.
