Do you mean the military income deduction or exclusion for your state taxes?
In this case, you will not find it on your LES. Rather, after you enter your military income in TurboTax (probably using the W-2 issued by DFAS), you should be sure to indicate that this is military pay on the next screen.
This will serve as a trigger for your state return to know that it is military income. TurboTax will then automatically apply any exclusion, or will bring up a screen in the state interview which asks you to confirm the exclusion or to enter some amount or whatever (what happens varies from state to state, and I don't know which state you are talking about).
