Should I upload all the numbers according to my W-2?

I have 2 questions:

1. In 2020, I received the remaining of my bonus for signing the contract when I first joined. I was told that I shouldn't include that in my tax return. So should I assume that my W-2 already deducted that amount or should I make the calculation myself?

2. In 2020, I got promoted and got command sponsorship for getting married, yet my W-2 shows that I made less than 2019. Can anyone explain this to me?

You cannot change calculation on you W-2. You have to enter it to your tax return as is. Your employer already submitted the form to the IRS and they will match amount on your tax return with their information.

Regarding your second question - only your employer can clarify that.

With regard to your second question, remember that Box 1 of your W-2 shows your taxable compensation.  It does not include, for example, any pre-tax retirement deductions such as 401K contributions.  As @npierson7 stated, check with your employer's payroll department for a full explanation.
