Yes, we do. TurboTax Online (Free Edition, Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed) is free for enlisted active duty military and reserve personnel.

I wasn't able to get it for free even though we are active duty. I was also refused a refund when I realized it was supposed to be free and called Turbo Tax. Ended up paying almost $300 to file this year.
