Ok my state return was just accepted but I owe money... where and how do I pay??

The program should have mentioned state payment options when you went through the FILE section.    Also, can you print out or view the pages called Filing Instructions in your forms?  It should have payment info.  If your PDF at the Tax Home doesn't have the Filing Instructions in it, we can tell you how to get a larger PDF of your return with the rest of the forms and worksheets.

Or you can look at your state tax agency's website to see their payment methods they accept.  It can vary from state to state, and there are over 40 state tax agencies.  There could even be a payment portal at the state tax agency's site.
