How do i set this up for state taxes?

Since your state of record is Texas, as long as you don’t have other income earned in the state you are stationed in, you should not have to file a state return.

Please look at your W-2 to make sure there are no state taxes withheld.

My state wants more tax from our 529 activity, but I believe we filed a correct return

in Education
